how could something like this get a 4.17? the movie was basically a badly done attempt at a collection. all you did was throw shitty animation things you did over time.

why can't you just be a realistic modest artist, like most of us? why do you need to be an arrogant prick? you're blaming the SHORTNESS of this movie for people's disappointment, when in fact it's the lack of QUALITY that the fucking thing has that's pissing people off. you stride around like you're the king of the goddamn universe when you have NOTHING to be bragging about. the quality of your stuff is actually upsetting to me, because you've been animating for around 4 years and the only thing that's improved about your artwork is that it went from sketchy slow easeless tweens, to clean, slightly more proportionate tweens with overuse of squash and stretch.

also, im really tired of trying to give you constructive criticism on your work and then turn around to get slapped in the face, when you immediately shoot it down as "invalid" and "vengeful" words of spite. I don't like you, that's true, but one thing I do actually care about is art and animation. I am not mixing my distaste for you as a person with my distaste for your animation, I am simply giving you my two cents. if you don't want them, then you're not a true artist, because you don't have the balls to take what you're hit with. if you think what I'm saying is wrong, then argue on it or prove me wrong, because I'd rather have that than you just writing me off as a typical flamer and pressing the "Abusive" button on my review the moment you finish reading it. or worse, not even bother to read it at all. if that is what you intend to do, then you're only proving me and all of the other people who attack and hate you to be right.

the movie itself wasn't totally awful, the drawing of robotnik floating through space was somewhat decently animated. the rest was mostly scribbly and weak, and the inuyasha one was proportionally inaccurate. generally I would suggest that you don't just just flop a bunch of old flashes into a single .fla and submit it for the point of getting an award, but my opinion won't stop you from pulling this kind of shit, so all I can really hope is that you take the constructiveness of what i've said here to the bank and that im not just wasting my time trying to reason with you and have you discard what im trying to do here. do what you want, but keep in mind that i'm not the first person to say all this. if you take a quick look back in time you might remember a few other familiar faces saying what im saying now

That, my good sir, was the most amazing thing I have ever witnessed. How were you able to convert something so heavy into flash? I mean, it was on 1's, with individual 50$ cells.

The whole thing was very well done, with great colors, splendid knowledge of placement, nice combination of framebyframe and tweening, and otherwise, really good. I hope this flash will end up turning into a "How the Zekey stole the NG Halloween Contest" kind of scenario.

great animation. unlike most full body tweened limb animations, this wasn't stiff in any way.

The score is too low for this. I thought it was a great flash when I first saw it. Better than the original by far.
